our director and nominated architect wade cogle, well he is the equivalent of a technical guru, in a manner of speaking. with over 18 years industry experience, planning, designing and managing complex construction projects, he excels at bringing your ideas to life. he’s qualified to the eye balls with a master of architecture, a bachelor of architectural studies and a bachelor of industrial design.
what is it like to work with him? easy as. he has a considered, collaborative and down to earth approach with every client.
max salvatierra
then we have maxy - max salvatierra - our senior architectural technician. maxy brings 13 years of global industry experience to his technical and design craft. his passion for architecture is real and he gets lost in his work - your work.
maxy is dedicated to the hilt and is the kind of guy you have to tell to take a lunch break or go home.
holly cogle
in addition to the technical crew we have holly cogle, the operations and business development manager, sister of wade with equal brain power. holly has had an interesting career to date as a former personal trainer and federal police officer, but combine that with her business and project management qualifications as well as her natural acumen, you have an efficient office which is improving and growing constantly.
gone are the days of arguing over who washes the dishes - now the two cogle’s make an incredible team.
vince besch
lastly we have vince besch, our architectural draftsman with a bachelor of architectural studies and a master of perfectionism. he is our in-house cost estimator and draftsman who takes on every project as if it were his own. he is meticulous to a fault.
